Michael established Pinnacle Networks in 2010 and has over 10 years experience in the IT industry. Beginning his career in the late 90’s Michael was a printer technician, then worked for Control P in 2000 where he re-manufactured printer cartridges and serviced various printers and provided desktop support.
In 2002 Michael joined Centari Systems where he was a desktop / server support engineer and was later appointed team leader in the configuration / deployment team where he was involved in R&D antivirus research and developing SOE (Standard Operating Environment) for large companies.

In 2005 Michael was appointed the State Manager for Commander / AdvantageCare and was responsible for the service and repair team in South Australia. Michael joined a small business in 2008 as a support engineer where his role was maintenance and service of SBS2003 / 2008 servers, desktop/laptop support and printer repairs.
